中国经济网北京6月22日讯 蜜雪集团(02097.HK)港股今日收报246.800港元，跌幅2.605%。 蜜雪集团2025年6月4日收盘价创下历史收盘价高点615.50港元，以其总股本3.796亿股计算，蜜雪集团近一年市值蒸发约1399.585亿港元。 蜜雪集团财报显示，控股股东指张红超、张红甫(张红超之弟)、郑州青春无畏企业管理合伙企业(有限合伙)及郑州始于足下企业管理合伙企业(有限合伙)，田海霞是张红甫(彼时为执行董事兼首席执行官，及公司的控股股东)的配偶。 张红超、张红甫兄弟控制的非上市股份占公司股本总额合计53.26%，控制的H股股份占公司股本总额合计28.74%，共计82%。以此比例计算，张红超、张红甫兄弟控制的股份近一年市值蒸发约1147.66亿港元。 (责任编辑：徐自立)
