Provident Financial Services Names Adriano Duarte as CFO

Provident Financial Services (PFS) said Tuesday that Adriano Duarte has been named chief financial officer, effective July 1.
He succeeds Thomas Lyons, who has retired, the company said.
Duarte joined Provident in 2020 via the acquisition of SB One Bank and most recently served as chief accounting officer, the company said.
