消息面上，近日，英伟达在其官方社交账号上介绍Rubin 100%液冷的技术方案。英伟达表示，Rubin液冷方案将冷却液温度最高提升至45摄氏度，实现了高效散热与能耗降低的完美结合。此外，该技术采用了大冷板、微通道等技术，优化了整机内部换热效果。在单机柜功耗突破200kW之际，英伟达Rubin架构正把液冷从局部组件散热方案，升级为超大规模AI数据中心的核心主流架构，在系统层面实现“全链路液冷、最大限度降低风冷依赖”。
公开资料显示，剑桥科技液冷业务的重点是浸没式液冷技术。相比传统风冷，光模块在浸没式冷却液中工作，能显著提升散热效率。此前在OFC展会上，公司现场演示了其800G QSFP-DD DR8浸没式液冷光模块，结果工作温度至少降低10℃，且单模块功耗可降低0.5W到1W。目前，公司全球首创浸没式液冷800G OSFP DR8光模块，采用自研光路、液路隔离专利技术，已批量供货。
