智通财经APP获悉，易方达亚洲半导体ETF(03486)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.69%，报24.74港元，成交额1695.16万港元。
消息面上，6月24日，港股芯片股大涨，截至发稿，华虹宏力大涨超16%，中芯国际涨超8%，兆易创新涨超7%。据科创板日报，科技分析师科潘（Tim Culpan）指出，台积电已陆续向客户通知调涨晶圆代工价格，涨价范围不仅涵盖市场传言的3nm制程，更扩及7nm及以下所有先进制程，整体涨幅约5％至10％，影响范围涵盖约75％的晶圆营收来源。
另据报道，SK海力士周三或就其计划的美国存托凭证(ADR)上市向韩国金融监督院提交证券注册声明。SK海力士预计金融监督院最早将于7月3日完成文件审核；其ADR预计可能在7月完成上市。据悉，易方达亚洲半导体ETF紧密跟踪Solactive亚洲半导体精选指数，持仓涵盖SK海力士、台积电、兆易创新、华虹半导体、东京电子等产业链龙头，全面覆盖存储、制造、设备等高景气赛道。
