凤凰网科技讯 6月24日，据雷峰网，原京东物流CEO胡伟，在调任物流人力资源部负责人不足半年的情况下，再度调整岗位，目前已经转入 “战略储备人才” 序列，暂无明确分管工作。原岗位由前物流客户体验保障部负责人杨雪露正式接任。与此同时，杨雪露此前执掌的客户体验保障部，则由武雁接替。
公开资料显示，胡伟于2010年正式加入京东，早期长期任职京东物流人力资源岗位，深耕物流体系人力搭建。后续转型业务线，先后出任京东物流西南区、华北区总经理；2019年，胡伟出任京东产发首任CEO；2023年6月，胡伟接棒余睿出任京东物流CEO，同时兼任德邦股份董事长；2025年11月，京东物流管理层换帅，王振辉回归出任CEO，胡伟卸任业务一把手，回归职能线，接手物流人力板块。
据悉，京东物流2026年一季度营收605.8亿元，同比增长29%；归母净利润8.8亿元，同比大增95.17%，经调整净利润10.5亿元，同比增长40.1%。
