智通财经APP获悉，华亿金控(08123)今早复牌，一度飙涨173%，截至发稿，涨105.67%，报0.29港元，成交额272.06万港元。
消息面上，华亿金控发布公告称，执行董事及主要股东王嘉伟认购约2.15亿股资本化股份，发行价每股0.1港元，王嘉伟应付认购金额为2154.99万港元，须以等额抵销该公司欠王嘉伟的所有股东贷款的方式支付。
紧随认购完成后，王嘉伟及其一致行动人士将持有扩大后股本约73.51%。王嘉伟须按例就全部已发行股份提出强制性无条件现金要约。要约价每股0.1港元，较停牌前收市价0.141港元折让约29.1%。
