安博方面表示，塞格鲁董事会已明确拒绝该收购邀约

　　全球最大工业地产商安博（股票代码：PLD）对外披露，公司向英国同行企业塞格鲁发起总金额 126 亿英镑（折合 166.3 亿美元）的收购要约，但遭到对方拒绝。

　　这家美国企业于周三表示，根据本次收购方案，塞格鲁股东每持有 1 股公司股份，可换取 0.084 股安博新发股份，对应每股收购报价 925 便士，较塞格鲁周二收盘价溢价 25%。

　　安博称，塞格鲁董事会已断然否决此次收购提议。

　　安博表示，两家企业合并具备清晰的战略价值，呼吁塞格鲁股东推动公司董事会与安博展开接洽，审慎评估本次收购方案。

　　塞格鲁暂未就媒体的置评请求作出回应。
