智通财经APP讯，中国港能(00931)发布公告，集团预期于截至2026年3月31日止财政年度(2026年度)将取得介于1.3亿港元至1.6亿港元的公司拥有人应占亏损，而截至2025年3月31日止财政年度(2025年度)的公司拥有人应占亏损约为1.06亿港元。
回顾2026年度，尽管集团的整体销售数据有所增长，且各项费用支出亦有所改善，但公司拥有人应占亏损仍比2025年度有所增加。这主要是由于国内经济虽有复苏，但过程缓慢且面临很大挑战和不确定性，致使集团所处的天然气中游贸易的毛利空间受竞争内卷和市场挤压而有所降低。另外，集团旗下终端项目中一个天然气加气站因配合政府实施道路修改工程而暂停营运;该加气站于2025年度为集团贡献毛利约4000万港元，而2026年度则因停业而未能产生任何毛利贡献，导致本年度毛利相应减少约4000万港元。预期该天然气加气站将于2028年政府完成相关道路修改工程后恢复营运，届时将重新为集团注入增长动力。
