三星家电彻底退出大陆市场再添实锤，有网友发现，“三星电子”官方微信公众号现已冻结注销，平台内无法检索账号。早在 5 月 6 日三星就发布公告，全面停售电视、冰箱、空调、显示器等十余类家电，仅保留手机与存储业务正常运营。品牌承诺，已售出家电依旧按三包法规提供售后保障。
1992 年，三星以高端外资形象入局国内家电市场，彩电、冰箱、洗衣机定位中高端，价格显著高于国产，成为 “品质与体面” 的象征。2005年三星彩电中国市占率近20%，位居行业第一。业内表示，本次撤退是全球竞争与企业战略调整的共同结果，后续三星将精简国内业务布局。
