智通财经APP讯，久融控股(02358)发布公告，于2026年6月25日，公司间接全资附属公司浙江久融智能技术有限公司(卖方)与广州迎富科技有限公司(买方)订立资产交易合同，据此，卖方同意出售，而买方同意购买五条面板显示智能生产线及一批相关生产线辅助设备及检测设备，总代价为人民币605万元(含税)。该交易乃透过杭州产权交易所有限责任公司的在线交易平台经公开挂牌交易程序进行。
集团的数码视频业务面临行业竞争加剧及经济不确定性，促使集团实施节约成本措施，包括关闭其内部生产设施并转向轻资产营运模式。出售闲置生产线及相关辅助设备符合此项战略调整。董事会认为，出售事项将使集团能够变现其闲置制造资产的剩余价值，降低维护及仓储成本，并降低负债、缓解流动资金压力。
