Chinese PCB Equipment Maker CFMEE Nets HK$3.15 Billion in Hong Kong IPO

Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment, doing business as CFMEE (HKG:9630), raised HK$3.15 billion in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong, according to a Thursday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The printed circuit board (PCB) equipment maker priced its IPO at HK$252.73 per share, issuing 12.8 million shares.

The Hong Kong public offering portion of the deal was 1,007.22 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 1.28 million shares.

The international offering was 27.22 times subscribed, with 11.2 million shares allocated.

Cornerstone investors were allotted 6.4 million shares, accounting for 49.98% of the IPO shares.

CFMEE is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse today, June 26.
