ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，澳大利亚证券和投资委员会（ASIC）宣布将数字资产企业申请澳大利亚金融服务（AFS）牌照的临时执法豁免期延长至 2026 年 9 月 30 日，较此前 6 月 30 日的截止日期顺延三个月。
本次延期同时扩大了豁免范围，通过授权代表或与持牌公司中介安排运营的数字资产企业亦纳入过渡期保护。ASIC 表示，自 2025 年 10 月更新数字资产监管指引以来，已收到约 30 份牌照申请。
值得注意的是，此次延期与澳大利亚《数字资产框架》相互独立，后者已于今年 4 月获议会通过，计划于 2027 年 4 月 9 日正式生效。ASIC 警告，依据现行指引获牌的企业，在新框架实施后可能仍需补充额外授权。
