智通财经APP讯，创联控股(02371)发布公告，本公司全资附属公司瑞联金融集团有限公司(瑞联金融，一间持有证监会第 1、4 及 9 类受规管活动牌照之持牌企业)已与一家于香港注册成立的支付科技公司(合作方，其持有发卡牌照及支付处理技术)于2026年6月24日订立一份不具法律约束力之合作备忘录(备忘录)，共同探讨就研发数字资产支付模式及真实世界资产(RWA)一体化解决方案开展潜在战略合作。
透过签署本备忘录，本集团旨在拓展数字资产支付及RWA相关金融科技业务。合作方可提供自主发卡基建、全流程代币化系统及成熟支付网络接入资源，与瑞联金融的持牌平台形成互补，共同研发合规数字资产服务及产品。预期是次合作丰富本集团金融服务产品线，提升本地市场竞争力，并采取审慎、监管优先之分阶段执行模式，减低合规及投资相关风险。
