消息面上，携程集团公布2026年第一季度业绩，净营业收入162.08亿元，同比升17.2%；纯利24.99亿元，同比下跌41.6%；每股普通股基本收益3.85元。经调整EBITDA升13.7%至48.3亿元。经调整EBITDA利润率跌1个百分点至30%。非公认会计准则的净利润跌6.8%至39.05亿元。
展望第二季度，公司预计净营业收入将同比增长约3%–8%。与第一季度相比，增长速度将显著放缓，并对当季度的利润率及盈利表现产生相应影响。这一结果主要受到高能源价格和地缘政治波动等宏观不利因素的直接与间接影响，与此同时，公司亦就行业标准与合规框架的最新变化，主动进行了相应的运营调整。
