ChainCatcher 消息，稳定币基础设施公司 StablecoinX 宣布已完成与特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）TLGY Acquisition Corp 的合并，并于本周五正式登陆纳斯达克，股票代码为“USDE”。
据悉，StablecoinX 是首家专注于支持 Ethena 生态系统的上市稳定币基础设施公司，其核心业务包括去中心化验证节点及稳定币中间件软件等。目前，该公司的金库持有约 30 亿枚 Ethena 治理代币 ENA（约占总供应量的 20%），价值约 2.75 亿美元。受加密市场整体下行影响，Ethena 旗下合成美元稳定币 USDe 的市值已从去年 10 月峰值的 140 亿美元下降约 70% 至目前的 45 亿美元。
