消息面上，据21世纪经济报道，进入6月后，险企发债明显提速。直接驱动力源于行业层面偿付能力充足率指标的普遍下滑。有业内人士向记者表示，在新会计准则和新金融工具准则落地后，保险公司净资产和偿付能力充足率波动或将加剧。
西部证券非银研究报告显示，2026年一季度末，72家人身险公司平均核心/综合偿付能力充足率分别为137.65%、189.87%，环比分别下降12.98个百分点和16.54个百分点；87家财产险公司平均核心/综合偿付能力充足率分别为305.47%、322.37%，环比各降7.51个百分点和7.69个百分点。
