高盛发布研报称，古茗（01364）宣布拟发行总额19.6亿港元的一年期零息担保可换股债券，同时，拟以每股20.38港元同步回购约3，400万股股份，预期发行可换股债券可为国内及海外业务营运，以及资本市场活动提供支持，虽然发行可换股债券或会带来潜在摊薄影响，而过往可换股债发行公布后股价通常反应负面，但同步回购将为股价提供支持，透过股份注销将抵销发行后的摊薄效应。古茗股价本季至今已回调25%，高盛认为主要反映市场对同店销售增长基数高、门店扩张放缓及消费情绪疲弱的担忧，仍给予古茗“买入”评级（续列确信买入名单），目标价36港元。
