6月26日消息，美光科技在2026财年第三季度财报电话会议上披露了一项最新进展，已与16家战略客户签署长期供货协议，客户支付的保证金及相关财务承诺总额高达220亿美元（约合人民币1496亿元） ，其中约180亿美元将以现金定金形式到账。
这些协议采用“照付不议”模式，客户即使未完全提货仍须支付合约金额。
协议期限主要为五年（数据中心和消费电子类覆盖2026年至2030年），汽车类为三年。协议覆盖美光约20%的DRAM出货量和约三分之一的NAND出货量。
协议包含最低采购量、价格底线和客户预付款等强约束条款。待全部合约落地，美光过半营收将被长期订单锁定。
瑞银指出，这意味着传统存储行业正从现货交易走向长约锁价，该商业模式是过去几乎没有出现过的。
美光首席商务官苏米特·萨达纳表示，客户已将数十亿美元投入美光资产负债表以示对新商业模式的信心。
在AI数据中心需求持续扩张的背景下，三星与SK海力士近来也在积极推动3至5年长期供货协议。
