中国经济网北京6月26日讯 东方生物(688298.SH)今日股价收报17.47元，跌幅4.27%。该股盘中最低报17.44元，创上市以来新低。 东方生物于2020年2月5日在上交所科创板上市，本次发行数量为3,000.00万股，全部为公开发行新股，不进行老股转让，发行价格为21.25元/股，保荐机构(主承销商)为光大证券股份有限公司，保荐代表人为孙蓓、储伟。 东方生物本次发行募集资金总额为63,750.00万元，募集资金净额为55,081.78万元。 东方生物最终募集资金净额比原计划少1082.16万元。东方生物2020年1月22日发布的招股说明书显示，公司拟募集资金56,163.94万元，用于年产24,000万人份快速诊断(POCT)产品项目、技术研发中心建设项目、营销网络与信息化管理平台建设项目、补充流动资金。 东方生物本次发行费用总额为8,668.22万元(不含增值税)，其中承销及保荐费用6,060.16万元。 (责任编辑：华青剑)
