公司创始人惠特妮・沃尔夫・赫德曾在 2023 年卸任首席执行官，一年多前重新执掌帅印，一直致力于带领公司扭转经营颓势。
路透社周四消息，婚恋社交平台 Bumble 正在洽谈出售事宜，这也折射出该公司近年来深陷用户流失、业务增长乏力的经营困境。报道称，公司已聘请摩根士丹利的投行团队协助推进潜在出售交易，不过 Bumble 最终未必会选择卖身。
本次交易的最终决定权基本掌握在公司两大股东手中：黑石集团以及创始人惠特妮・沃尔夫・赫德，二者合计持有公司 84% 的投票权。赫德曾在 2023 年辞去首席执行官一职，时隔一年多重新回归执掌公司，一直试图带领企业扭亏为盈、走出经营低谷。
但该公司 2025 年营收同比下滑约 10%，总收入仅约 9.66 亿美元；与此同时，公司当前股价较 2021 年初 IPO 发行价暴跌 96%。
