智通财经APP讯，中信银行(601998.SH)发布公告，2026年6月26日，公司收到云南红塔银行股份有限公司(简称“云南红塔银行”)通知，其已收到国家金融监督管理总局云南监管局作出的《云南金融监管局关于云南红塔银行变更股权的批复》(云金复〔2026〕93号)，同意公司受让昆明产业开发投资有限责任公司持有的91,455万股股份，受让后，公司持有云南红塔银行91,455万股股份，持股比例为14.52%。目前，公司已完成股权转让工作，正式成为云南红塔银行股东。
本次交易有助于深化各方战略合作，进一步深耕产业链金融，开拓业务发展新空间。
