金吾财讯 | 综合外媒报道，意大利反垄断监管机构已正式对科技巨头微软(MSFT)及其欧洲运营总部(微软爱尔兰运营有限公司)展开立案调查，指控其在旗下的办公套件订阅服务Microsoft 365的价格上调及人工智能(AI)功能集成过程中，涉嫌存在不公平的商业行为。根据该监管机构披露的信息，此次调查的核心在于微软未能在产品服务发生重大变化时充分保障消费者的知情权。监管机构指出，微软在调高Microsoft 365订阅价格时，不仅未能向消费者履行充分的告知义务，也没有明确且清晰地说明该订阅服务已与旗下的AI助手Copilot以及设计工具Designer进行了深度捆绑与集成。尤为引发监管层质疑的是微软的扣费与续订机制。监管机构在声明中表示：“除非消费者主动行使撤回权并取消订阅，否则他们似乎会在不知情的情况下，默认被系统自动转入价格更高的新订阅计划。”意大利监管机构认为，微软的上述做法涉嫌违反了现行的消费者保护条例。由于未能向客户提供足够和透明的信息，导致消费者无法对产品服务的变动做出准确评估，从而剥夺了其在决定是否续订时做出明智选择的权利。截至目前，微软方面还未对此事进行公开回应。
