智通财经APP讯，科济药业-B(02171)发布公告，经公司股东于2026年5月22日举行的股东周年大会批准，公司获授一项股份回购授权，据此最多可购回于有关决议案获通过之日已发行股份总数(不包括任何库存股)的10%，即最多5709.6万股公司股份。
公司欣然宣布，公司董事会已批准一项股份购回计划，自2026年6月25日起至下一届股东周年大会结束为止，根据2026年股份购回授权，在公开市场上购回不超过3012.47万股，即相当于截至2026年5月31日已发行股份总数的约5%。
股份购回所用资金来自非IPO募集资金，其中包括业务发展收入、利息收入及其他补贴。公司将按照《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及公司须遵守的所有适用法律法规，行使2026年股份回购授权项下的权力开展股份回购。
