智通财经APP讯，茂盛控股(00022)发布公告，预期集团截至2026年3月31日止年度将录得持续经营业务的年内亏损约200万港元至300万港元，而截至2025年3月31日止年度持续经营业务的年内亏损为3890万港元。根据目前可得资料，持续经营业务亏损的预期减少主要由于以下各项所致：投资物业减值亏损减少;行政及营运方面的有效成本控制使行政开支减少;及因装修建筑服务进入项目最后阶段，建材贸易及装修建筑业务的毛利及收益增加。
