ChainCatcher 消息，据俄罗斯塔斯社报道，俄罗斯能源部已起草政府法令草案，拟于 2026 年 7 月 1 日起至 2032 年 12 月 31 日，在莫斯科、莫斯科州及库尔斯克州部分地区（含别洛夫斯基、苏贾等 8 个市辖区及利戈夫市）禁止数字货币挖矿。
此前，俄政府已对布里亚特、外贝加尔及北高加索等多个地区实施挖矿禁令，限制范围持续扩大。目前莫斯科及莫斯科州已接入 65 个数据中心，总装机容量达 734 兆瓦。
