【权识国际(00381.HK)附属拟以1亿港元的可换股债券收购福建老酒销售有限公司51%股权】智通财经APP讯，权识国际(00381.HK)发布公告，于2026年6月26日，买方侨雄(福建)投资有限公司(本公司的全资附属公司)与卖方杨祝先生订立买卖协议，据此，买方有条件同意向卖方收购，而卖方有条件同意出售销售权益(即目标公司福建老酒销售有限公司全部股权的51%)，代价为1亿港元，将以买方促使本公司按换股价每股换股股份0.16港元发行本金额为1亿港元的可换股债券的方式偿付。
