路透6月26日 - 美国能源部周五表示，美国能源部长克里斯·赖特发布了一项紧急命令，要求科罗拉多州的一座燃煤发电机组继续运行，以确保电力供应的可靠性。
该命令要求三州发电与输电协会、普拉特河电力管理局、盐河项目、太平洋电力公司以及Xcel Energy XEL.O 的子公司科罗拉多公共服务公司，确保克雷格电站1号机组随时准备根据西南电力池的指示投入运行。
该机组原定于2025年底退役，但赖特此前曾于2025年12月和2026年3月发布紧急命令，要求其保持待命状态。
美国总统唐纳德·特朗普政府曾援引 (link) 的紧急权力，以电网可靠性为由，要求部分老化的燃煤和燃气电厂在计划退役日期之后继续运行。
赖特表示，退役可靠的发电设施可能会威胁电网可靠性，并在夏季用电高峰期增加成本。
该部门援引了落基山地区存在的可靠性问题，包括热电发电设施老化和供应链限制。
最新命令的有效期为6月29日至9月26日。
