Pengana International Equities (ASX:PIA) declared a fully franked special dividend of AU$0.125 per share, payable on Aug. 19 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 3, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The dividend reinvestment plan will not be in operation for the special dividend, the filing added.
