ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bits.media 报道，俄罗斯央行宣布将提供经济激励措施，鼓励使用数字卢布发放工资。自 2027 年 1 月 1 日起，商业银行每处理一笔企业以数字卢布向员工支付的工资或其他劳动合同款项时，将获得 0.67 卢布奖励，每份指令清单最低奖励 10 卢布。据央行设计，若企业向 10 名员工支付数字卢布工资，银行获 6.7 卢布奖励，央行将补足至最低 10 卢布；若涉及 20 人，奖励则为 13.4 卢布。
与此同时，该国央行还批准了数字卢布平台服务费率，自 2027 年初起，企业向个人转账的每笔指令手续费为 1 卢布，每份指令清单最低收费 15 卢布。此前，央行行长纳比乌琳娜表示，数字卢布旨在实现对政府采购合同等资金运作的国家监控，同时否认政府将监控个人间支付，并承诺数字卢布不会强制使用。
