　　智汇矿业（02546）早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，股价上涨6.48%，现报16.60港元，成交额415.15万港元。

　　6月25日，智汇矿业发布公告，中国证监会近日已就H股全流通向本公司发出备案通知书（备案通知书）。根据备案通知书，有关H股全流通的中国证监会备案已经完成。倘H股全流通未能于备案通知书发出日期起计12个月内完成，而本公司有意继续推进，则须向中国证监会提交更新备案。

　　值得一提的是，近日，智汇矿业发布公告称，根据富时罗素（FTSE Russell）发布的最新富时全球股票指数系列（FTSE Global Equity Index Series）季度复核结果，本公司H股将获纳入以下两项指数：富时全球股票指数系列微型股（FTSE Global Equity Index Series Micro Cap）；及富时全球总盘指数（FTSE Global Total Cap Index）。本公司H股获纳入上述富时指数反映本公司的表现及增长潜力获得广泛认可。
