新浪科技讯 6月27日上午消息，6月26日，哔哩哔哩（以下简称“B站”）迎来成立的第17周年。在周年庆现场，B站董事长兼CEO陈睿发表《让好内容发生》主题演讲。
陈睿表示，内容供给过剩，但用户对于优质内容依然充满渴望，B站社区是优质内容最好的土壤。
陈睿认为，在内容供给极其丰富的今天，吸引注意力只能带来短期流量，留下记忆、产生心智才能有长期留存。优质内容值得投入时间和信任，才能让用户留下长期记忆，是不折不扣的稀缺品。
陈睿认为，优质内容就是内容平台持续增长最有效的方式。依靠优质内容，B站不仅实现了连续17年的增长，还在去年实现了全面盈利。B站将坚持服务好UP主，做好社区，让UP主产出更多的好内容。“只要B站还在，好内容就能持续产生，好的UP主就会一直涌现，这也是B站存在的意义。”
官方数据显示，在用户端，五分钟以上视频的观看时长，占总观看时长的65%。此外，在B站持续更新超过5年的UP主有167万人。过去一年，充电是B站增长最快的业务。UP主充电收入增长71.1%，为UP主付费充电的用户1063万人。
