Doncasters Group anticipates pricing its US initial public offering $1 or $2 above the stated marketing range of $28 to $32 per share after it was more than 30 times oversubscribed, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

Based on the high end of the IPO price range, along with two separate private placements from certain existing shareholders and Qatar Investment Authority, Doncasters could raise up to $887.7 million, according to a Monday filing.

The industrial manufacturer, which plans to list under the name DPC Holdings Ltd, expects its shares to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday under the symbol "DPC," the report said.

Doncasters did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
