智通财经APP讯，药明巨诺-B(02126)公布，刘诚博士及Sungwon Song博士各自已自股东周年大会结束后起退任非执行董事。
退任生效后，刘诚博士随即不再担任董事会主席，Sungwon Song博士亦不再担任公司薪酬委员会成员。田丰先生已获委任为主席，自2026年6月26日起生效。此次委任后，田丰先生将同时担任公司主席及行政总裁。
此外，非执行董事高星女士已获委任为薪酬委员会成员，自2026年6月26日起生效。
