据知情人士透露，自动驾驶初创公司Momenta Global Ltd．已引入梅赛德斯-奔驰集团和新加坡政府投资公司（GIC Pte）作为香港IPO的基石投资者。

　　消息人士称，富达国际和贝莱德正就成为基石投资者进行磋商。由于相关信息尚未公开，这些人士要求匿名。据知情人士透露，Momenta计划通过此次IPO融资约7.5亿至8亿美元，并拟将约一半发行股份分配给基石投资者。

　　知情人士表示，Momenta考虑寻求约90亿美元的IPO后估值，最快于下周一启动IPO。

　　消息人士称，相关讨论仍在进行中，发行方案细节仍可能发生变化。Momenta未在正常工作时间之外立即回应置评请求。贝莱德和富达国际发言人拒绝置评，GIC发言人也未立即回应置评请求。

　　自2017年以来一直持有Momenta股份的奔驰表示，公司计划继续与这家中国企业保持战略合作，但拒绝就IPO计划置评。

　　总部位于苏州的Momenta投资方包括通用汽车和腾讯控股等。知情人士此前表示，该公司曾考虑赴美上市，并于2024年保密提交IPO文件。

　　Momenta成立于2016年，为量产汽车和Robotaxi服务提供自动驾驶技术。根据上市文件，公司2025年营收24亿元人民币，净亏损35亿元人民币（约5.15亿美元）。

　　此次IPO由中金公司和德意志银行担任联席保荐人。
