智通财经APP获悉，周四，阿里巴巴(BABA.US)跌逾4%，报95.47美元。消息面上，据报道，阿里巴巴于当地时间6月23日向美国加利福尼亚州圣何塞联邦法院提交诉状，正式起诉美国国防部，要求将其从“中国军事企业清单”(CMC清单，又称1260H清单)中移除。阿里巴巴在诉状中严正指出，美方的认定“毫无事实或法律依据”。
阿里巴巴在起诉书中提出了几项核心主张。该公司强调，其由独立董事会治理，董事会成员均无任何军方背景。公司产品和服务面向零售、物流和企业信息技术领域，与武器、国防或情报领域无关。阿里巴巴认为，将公司列入名单的决定“武断且反复无常”。
