Sinda said its initial public offering has been priced at $12 a share.
The silver-mining company said Thursday night that it would sell about 17.8 million shares at that price. Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy an additional 2.66 million shares at that price.
The stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SIND on Friday.
The offering is on track to close on June 29.
