6月25日金融一线消息，中国财险发布公告，经公司股东在年度股东会批准，张道明、吕晨及胡伟获选举为第七届董事会执行董事，龚新宇获选举为第七届董事会非执行董事，程凤朝、魏晨阳、李伟斌、曲小波及薛爽获选举为第七届董事会独立董事。

　　于2026年6月25日召开的公司第四届职工代表大会第三次会议上，李玲获选举为第七届董事会职工董事，任期自职工代表大会选举通过之日起至第七届董事会任期届满时止。

　　董事选出张道明为副董事长，任期自董事会选举通过之日起，至第七届董事会任期届满时止。

　　简历显示，张道明，50岁，中国财险执行董事、总裁、财务负责人，研究生学历，工商管理硕士，高级经济师，现亦兼任人保金融服务有限公司非执行董事、董事长，曾任中国财险人力资源部综合规划处副处长、战略发展部市场研究处副处长、市场研究部╱渠道管理部总经理助理、副总经理、副总经理（主持工作）、浙江省分公司副总经理、中国财险合规部总经理、合规部╱风险管理部总经理、江西省分公司总经理、广东省分公司总经理、中国财险总裁助理、副总裁及临时负责人。
