智通财经APP讯，MOS HOUSE(01653)发布公告，根据对本集团截至2026年3月31日止年度(本年度)的未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅及对目前可得资料的评估，本集团预期本年度取得本公司拥有人应占净亏损不少于1800万港元，而截至2025年3月31日止年度则为340万港元。
董事会认为亏损增加乃主要由于(i)销售瓷砖及卫浴洁具所得毛利减少约810万港元;(ii)于联营公司的权益的非现金减值亏损约1400万港元。该等因素部分被(i) 本年度其他经营开支及融资成本改善;及(ii)投资物业公平值亏损减少约790万港元所抵销。
