　　科拓股份（02272）首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价39.55港元，共发行1011.23万股股份，每手60股，所得款项净额约3.4亿港元。截至发稿，股价大涨188.24%，现报114港元，成交额1.67亿港元。

　　公开资料显示，自2006年成立以来，科拓股份已发展成为集数智化停车系统、数智化停车管理服务及停车场运营为一体的停车产业集团。公司被市场定位为中国盈利能力最强的纯智慧停车上市公司，毛利率达46.38%，利润率达11.28%，2025年同期经调整纯利达到1.2亿元，盈利能力在智慧停车行业中位列第一。

　　技术布局方面，科拓股份被视为全球首家“AI停车服务商”。公司全球率先打造停车领域AI RaaS（Robotics as a Service）服务，以AI数字员工智能体赋能停车系统，进一步打通停车Token价值变现链路，推动停车场从单一收费场景升级为可运营、可管理、可持续变现的城市数字资产。
