华威酒店方面，集团于本年度取得总收益约1300万港元(2025年：1600万港元)及纯利15万港元(2025年：3万港元)。本年度客房部收益为1120万港元，较2025年的1090万港元增加2.8%。本年度餐饮部的收益为170万港元，较2025年的510万港元减少66.7%。餐饮业务收益减少，主要由于宴会活动减少及本地酒店业竞争加剧所致。为应对该等市场挑战，集团已缩短营业时间，并开始将餐厅供应进行战略重新定位，由传统中式风格转型为更轻松的咖啡厅式概念。此项转型旨在更好地配合不断变化的客户偏好并提高运营效率。
