智通财经APP获悉，5100藏冰川(01115)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.25%，报0.425港元，成交额76.97万港元。
消息面上，5100藏冰川发布公告，于2026年6月25日，卖方冈仁波齐贸易有限公司、买方吉满有限公司(公司一间全资附属公司)与公司订立买卖协议，据此买方有条件同意收购，且卖方有条件同意出售目标公司念青唐古拉投资有限公司全部已发行股本，而目标公司持有中国公司西藏生命之水发展有限公司72%股权，并以公司发行3.8亿股股份作为对价。于2025年，集团已透过另一间全资附属公司以代价人民币9240万元收购中国公司28%股权。
中国公司已取得中国西藏山南某水源的取水权，是拥有西藏乃至全中国罕有的极具特色的特别适合奶粉冲调的母婴专用水基地，年取水量可达40万吨。该独特水源基地的成功收购将为公司开辟独特婴幼儿健康成长市场，取得良好的社会效益和经济效益，带来非常正面而令人鼓舞的成果。预计该水源将大幅提升集团整体生产能力，并使集团得以拓展新销售渠道。
