路透莫龙，委内瑞拉6月25日 - 委内瑞拉当地消防部门负责人表示，该国第二大在产石化综合体——莫龙石化综合体，因地震导致基础设施受损 而实施预防性停产，将于周四恢复生产。
据工作人员的初步报告，此次地震造成160多人死亡，但委内瑞拉庞大的石油和天然气基础设施基本未受影响，包括位于震中附近卡拉博博州中部的日处理能力为14.6万桶的埃尔帕利托炼油厂。但他们补充说，随着维修工作的进行，评估工作预计将在本周继续进行。
