消息面上，6月25日，据市场媒体报道，三星电子自研Exynos 2700移动处理器研发工作进展顺利，该芯片采用SF2P工艺打造，计划于2026年第四季度实现量产，企业规划将其配套用于Galaxy S27 Ultra高端旗舰手机。此次推进Exynos 2700落地S27 Ultra机型，是三星内部产业链协同布局的重要举措。
业内分析认为，若Exynos 2700成功配套Galaxy S27 Ultra，将显著拉动三星自研处理器出货规模，摊薄芯片研发与制造成本，同步利好芯片设计与晶圆代工两大业务板块，整体提升相关业务盈利水平。
