市场研究公司Counterpoint Research周四公布的数据显示，三星电子今年第一季度继续保持全球最大动态随机存取存储器（DRAM）供应商的地位。
数据显示，三星电子在1月至3月期间占据了全球DRAM收入的38%。其韩国竞争对手SK海力士以29%的市场份额位居第二，而总部位于美国的美光科技公司以22%的市场份额位列第三。
SK海力士在去年第一季度和第二季度曾领跑全球DRAM市场，三星位居第二。
两家公司在第三季度市场份额均为33%，并列第一。去年第四季度三星重回榜首，并在今年第一季度继续保持领先优势。
数据显示，三星与SK海力士的市场份额差距从去年第四季度的4个百分点扩大至第一季度的9个百分点。
尽管三星的市场份额较上年同期有所下降，但该公司在全球DRAM市场仍占据主导地位，贡献了超过三分之一的总收入。
