金吾财讯 | PowerBank Corporation(PBK)宣布，其位于纽约州北部的地面社区太阳能项目“SB 13-2”已正式投入商业运营。该项目建于霍尼韦尔(HON)所有、并受纽约州环境保护厅监管的工业“棕地”之上，实现了工业废弃土地的再利用。据介绍，SB 13-2项目容量为 7.01 兆瓦(MW)直流 / 5 兆瓦交流，是 PowerBank 为工业巨头霍尼韦尔定制开发的三个社区太阳能项目组合之一。该资产组合总规模达 21 兆瓦直流，总交易价值约 4100 万美元(包含项目出售及工程、采购和建设(EPC)总承包协议)。项目投产后，每年可为约 875 户家庭提供清洁电力。该项目将在纽约州能源研究与开发局的“NY-Sun计划”下运行，当地租户和住宅所有者无需在自家屋顶安装光伏板，只需通过认购该项目，即可按月抵扣电费账单。根据官方披露，霍尼韦尔计划于 2026 年 6 月 29 日完成对其航空航天业务(的拆分。随着拆分计划的推进，SB 13-2 太阳能项目的资产所有权也将按计划从霍尼韦尔国际公司移交给即将独立上市的霍尼韦尔航空航天公司。
