智通财经APP讯，佛朗斯股份(02499)发布公告，经股东于大会批准，侯泽宽先生、侯泽兵先生、钱晓轩先生、马丽女士及周利民先生获委任为第四届董事会执行董事，黎汉驰先生获委任为第四届董事会非执行董事，蒋福诚先生、侯昱女士及杜立柱先生获委任为第四届董事会独立非执行董事。
经股东于大会批准，贺小成先生及刘小丽女士获委任为第四届监事会股东代表监事。
于紧随大会后召开的董事会会议上，侯泽宽先生获选举为第四届董事会董事长，任期三年，自2026年6月25日起生效，至第四届董事会届满之日止。
于紧随大会后召开的董事会会议上，董事会已批准委任侯泽兵先生为本公司总经理。侯泽兵先生之任期及高级管理人员身份均自2026年6月25 日起生效，为期三年，与第四届董事会任期一致。
