智通财经APP获悉，香港交易所发布通告，根据南方东英资产管理有限公司于2026年6月10日发出的公告，自2026年7月3日起，每20个现有单位(“现有单位”)的南方两倍做空三星电子(07347)产品(“XI二南三星”)将合并为1个合并单位(“合并单位”)。每手买卖单位将由100个现有单位更改为5个合并单位，于联交所买卖合并股份的首日为2026年7月3日。
为方便各中央结算系统参与者，参与者在中央结算系统中XI二南三星的单位持有量，未交收的持续净额交收及已划分的买卖数额以股份代号：7347自动进行转换。
在转换过程中，结算公司亦会在2026年7月2日当晚，将所有以股份代号：7347记录的XI二南三星现有单位的未完成交收指示/投资者交收指示及证券借贷数额，转换为相同股份代号的合并单位记录。
