6月25日金融一线消息，民生银行发布公告称，2025年度A股权益分派方案经2026年6月17日股东会审议通过。以总股本43，782，418，502股为基数，每股派发现金红利0.053元（含税），共计派现约2.32亿元，其中A股派现约1.88亿元。连同中期红利，全年每股派现0.189元（含税），总额约8.27亿元。A股股权登记日为2026年7月1日，除权（息）日和现金红利发放日为7月2日。
