路透6月24日 - 这家佛罗里达州保险公司周三表示，Safepoint已提交申请，撤回其在美国的首次公开募股计划。

总部位于佛罗里达州坦帕市的Safepoint上月启动了IPO，原计划于本月早些时候上市。该公司原计划通过发行1,670万股股票（每股定价15至17美元），筹集 (link)高达2.833亿美元。
“我们认为此次撤回与IPO市场整体向好的态势无关，而是源于公司自身的特定因素，”IPOX首席执行官约瑟夫·舒斯特（Josef Schuster）对路透表示。
佛罗里达州曾因诉讼率高及自然灾害风险大，对美国财产保险公司而言是个难啃的地区，但在2022年实施一系列改革后，该州对保险公司的接受度有所提高。
这些改革降低了诉讼发生频率，吸引了新企业进入该市场。
