ChainCatcher 消息，据 CNBC 报道，GMO 联合创始人、亿万富翁投资者 Jeremy Grantham 再次对比特币表达质疑态度，称其是一种“无用的投机资产”，并认为其最终可能逐渐失去市场相关性。
Grantham 表示，比特币不会以突然归零或剧烈崩盘的方式结束，而更可能是在未来数年甚至数十年间逐步淡出市场视野。“它会慢慢消亡，不是轰然倒塌，而是悄无声息地消失。”
他认为，比特币缺乏内在价值，同时也未能证明自己是一种可靠的价值储存工具。Grantham 指出，即使在宏观经济表现较好的时期，比特币价格仍曾出现大幅回撤，因此难以被视为稳定的财富保值资产。
相比之下，他提到黄金虽然也经历价格调整，但整体仍保持较为稳健的长期表现。
此外，Grantham 还质疑比特币的实际应用价值，认为其并未广泛用于日常支付或商业交易场景，因此缺乏现实世界中的广泛实用性。
